Order Policies

• Appointments/Pick-ups are generally scheduled between 9-am-6 pm (Mon-Sun).
• Charges are non-negotiable.
• Government Taxes: GST is Applicable, varying from 5 to 12% depending on the product type.

Shipping Policies

• Standard delivery takes 10 working days; customers can opt for express service to receive dresses in 4 or 5 days by paying extra charges.

• Heytailor is committed to providing the best quality service. If you encounter fitting or service quality issues, contact us.

• We accept online transfers.

• If a stitched garment meets measurements but requires changes, an extra service charge will apply, dependent on the requested change.

• We do not offer alteration services for existing garments; alterations are provided for new garments only.

• The website displays approximate stitching prices; the actual cost varies based on design and accessories. Our designer team will provide exact pricing before stitching.

Alteration Policy

• If alterations are needed, we will redo it free and redeliver, but customers must pay the total bill on the first delivery.

• Alterations will be completed within 7 days.

• The Heytailor team’s decision on garment alterations is final and binding.

• Style, design, or dress type changes are not allowed.

• Changing the garment to fit another individual is not covered under alterations

• Heytailor is not responsible for any refunds once a garment is altered

• Heytailor is not responsible for any financial losses if terms are not fulfilled

Terms & Conditions

• • Final price varies based on cloth quality and delivery date.

• • A visiting charge of Rs. 300 applies if you decide not to place an order after our tailor visits.

• • Customers must provide their best-fit garment for reference

• • No cancellations/refunds once the order is in processing

• • Off-cuts will be thrown away or recycled unless the client requests to keep them

• • Orders processed after advance payment; any changes treated as a new order

• • Orders delivered after complete payment; Heytailor may retain stitched garments for non-payment

• • Customers agree to terms, refund policies, payment terms, and other policies on www.heytailor.in

• • Due to customization, orders may have delays; customers are informed of progress
